The rapture book pdf

The Bible warns that everyone who does not believe will learn with a shudder that God is indeed angry. The next realization will be that its personal, that God is angry with me. By then it will be too late. I seek through the Holy Spirit to introduce you to. When will the Rapture of the Church take place? Some teach a pre-Tribulation rapture and others a post-Tribulation rapture.

Between these two doctrines there are the mid-Trib and the pre-Wrath views. But what if none of the current contesting views are correct? What if the truth has gone unnoticed although. I have written this book with the intention of clarifying some information about what I believe to be a misunderstanding of the teaching on the scripture that says 'the dead in Christ will rise first'. By using the Bible and a very comprehensive study through the scriptures I clarify what.

Adams, published by Lulu. Imagine the Lion of Judah throwing a knock-out blow to the political parties, effectively and permanently releasing God's people from bondage. The couple divinely met and married during the general election that year. Darryl delivered. Wow, what a perfect set up for the Left Behind series!

All of the major players are firmly in place and with such clarity! For those new to the series, it is definitely a good idea to start with the Before They Were Left Behind trilogy. What I found especially wonderful about this book was that the vanishings occur with a quarter of the book remaining.

We get to 'see' how those 'Raptured' are reacting to the world in chaos. They are joyously meeting each other but 'voice' concerns about the loved ones that remain on a world that will suffer from the worse seven years humanity have ever experienced. Oct 02, Nancy Bandusky rated it did not like it. This is one of the worst prequels I have ever read and definitely one of the worst novels in this series.

Did the authors forget the first book that started it all for them? Oh yeah, and This is one of the worst prequels I have ever read and definitely one of the worst novels in this series.

Oh yeah, and Nicolae is the bad guy. The story line regarding heaven, which is fortunately not in the Left Behind novel but should have been left out of the Rapture novel as well, is a long, tedious list of who's who from the Bible and Church history.

The authors would have done better to leave the concept of Heaven to the Bible instead of attempting to paint a poor picture of it. Jul 20, Rachael rated it it was ok. Kind of a fun read, just because of the whole "large chunk of the world disappearing all at once" idea, but it wasn't very cleverly written. Naturally, there was a great deal of preachiness--LaHaye blatantly admits that this is a series with an agenda--and the characterization is terrible.

Despite the insistence that salvation is through grace and not works, it's kind of a moot point when every Christian is just short of perfect, and every non-Christian is a cartoonishly horrible person.

Also, G Kind of a fun read, just because of the whole "large chunk of the world disappearing all at once" idea, but it wasn't very cleverly written. Also, God seems like a huge jerk.

A year-old kid is old enough to be left behind for not being a Christian? That's just mean. The parts about Nicolae and the other bad guys are incredibly boring.

We get it, Nicolae is the antichrist, his "spirit guide" is Satan, he's ruthless, etc. Feb 17, Kev Willoughby rated it really liked it. I think there's quite a bit of overlap between this one and the original Left Behind book. However, the scenes from Heaven in this one were pretty cool, with the mini-biographies of several saints presented as they encountered Jesus and received their rewards for what they did with their lives on Earth.

My biggest takeaway from this book is a needed reminder that what we do here below counts. Some of our choices are not good. Other times, much of the good we do may feel like it is being overlooke I think there's quite a bit of overlap between this one and the original Left Behind book. Other times, much of the good we do may feel like it is being overlooked at best or pointless at worst.

But we also waste so many opportunities and may not even realize it. Nevertheless, there is coming a day when an accounting will take place. And it is coming sooner than any of us may think or believe. Jun 14, yelah rated it liked it. I really enjoyed seeing the perspectives of those that were raptured, but there were many passages taken directly from Left Behind, thus causing much unnecessary repetition and overlap, especially if one were to read the prequels before the main series.

Jun 29, Anthony A rated it it was amazing. This third book in the prequel series to the Left Behind series was the best of the three. I am pretty excited about reading, now, the Left Behind series. I actually had read the first book in the Left Behind series, "Left Behind," and then I discovered that there was a prequel series, the Before They Were Left Behind series and so I halted reading the second book in the Left Behind series and read the 3 prequel books.

Although this series is fiction, the authors really do a great job of specula This third book in the prequel series to the Left Behind series was the best of the three.

Although this series is fiction, the authors really do a great job of speculating on what might actually happen when these end times events actually take place. Excellent book and a must read for any true Christian - and any unbeliever that might be interested in what the Bible says about the future - the "end times. This book was a lot of overlap from The Regime and Left Behind with the aspect of what the raptured experienced in their resurrection.

As far as books go, it was decently written. The plot felt more like a plate full of boiled carrots and one bite of steak. The rise of the antichrist was engaging, but the remainder in this trilogy prequel was a lot of proselytizing, converting and subliminal conversion therapy wrapped in fiction. I don't mind Christian messages, but stay on point with the fictio This book was a lot of overlap from The Regime and Left Behind with the aspect of what the raptured experienced in their resurrection.

I don't mind Christian messages, but stay on point with the fictional aspect. Nov 16, Sarah Piper rated it really liked it Shelves: Okay I really struggled to rate this book. Parts I wanted to give a 5 and parts I wanted to give a 3 so I settle for 4. I just felt like a large part of heaven is a history lesson of the notable Christian contributors. And it got old. And I really enjoyed Leon a lit Okay I really struggled to rate this book. And I really enjoyed Leon a little more in this book.

Jan 02, Stephanie Allen rated it really liked it. I debated between rating this book 3 or 4 stars. In the end, I decided it falls right on 4 stars. Though this book seemed a little pointless, I do understand its purpose. It bridges the prequel trilogy and the 12 book series nicely. It paints a beautiful picture of Heaven and how it might feel to be in the presence of Jesus. It moved a little slowly but I do appreciate the imaginings of how the rapture might affect both believers and those left behind.

Overall, it's a worthy edition to the serie I debated between rating this book 3 or 4 stars. Overall, it's a worthy edition to the series.

Mar 31, Debbie Wise rated it did not like it. The authors are just not good. What can I say? I've had 3rd and 4th grade students who could write better. In some of the sequels, it was obvious they had newly discovered use of a Thesaurus but typically picked the most inappropriate word choices to use throughout their books.

Story line is ok. I much prefer the Bible for the accurate account of Jesus' Second Coming. It's really hard to believe these books were in the fastest-selling adult fiction series! However, on second thought, with the du The authors are just not good. However, on second thought, with the dumbing down of our country, it's quite feasible that these would make best seller's lists.

Jul 16, Elizabeth rated it liked it Shelves: Out of this prequel trilogy this was probably the better book. Still not entirely sure this series needed to be written but the background was nice.

First half of the story was setting up the characters for the rapture and the second half was a mix of people left behind and people raptured to heaven.

I did like the heaven views, took me a little bit to truly appreciate the beauty that it was. It was a nice overview of the church history and brought another dynamic to the story. Now onto the orig Out of this prequel trilogy this was probably the better book. Now onto the original story, Left Behind. Well I can finally say I read all the books in this series. It is not a good series. It is not entertaining because they take the bible literally. And I have trouble believing that someone who is a devout Methodist or other religion won't get raptured to Heaven just because they believe in a different God, especially with the fact that Jesus is supposed to be all loving and accepting. The whole series is just meh and I'm glad to be done with it. My thoughts on this novel. My thoughts on the whole series.

Many prophetic warning signs of the Rapture have already been fulfilled and many more must be fulfilled before the blessed event. The idea of "The Rapture" -- the return of Christ to rescue and deliver Christians off the earth -- is an extremely popular interpretation of the Bible's Book of Revelation and a jumping-off point for the best-selling "Left Behind" series of books.

This interpretation, based on a psychology of fear. This book presents the doctrine of the pretribulational Rapture of the church. Many prophecies are explored with Biblical passages and terms explained from the Scripture itself. Evidence is presented that proves the first century church believed the end times would begin with the return of Israel to her ancient homeland. It distinguishes the Rapture from the Revelation.
