If a user experiences unintentional loss while working in Tekla Structures, they will be notified with floating display messages informing them of the amount of offline time remaining for the session.
This will allow a Tekla Structures user to save their work while still continuing to access Tekla Structures until the unintentional offline time limit expires. When the unintentional offline time limit expires, Tekla Structures will display a Dialogue box informing the user that they need to save their work and close the product.
The Tekla Online Admin Tool is an online service which allows Tekla online administrators to view and manage the users and licenses in their Tekla online organization. To use this tool, you must be assigned administrator rights within your Tekla online organization.

Yes, the licensing is based on the User that is trying to access the products. It is not based on the computer or machine identification. When launching Tekla Structures the user will be presented with an option to select the type of license they want to use for that session.

The answer depends on the subscription license Type you have - there are three Types of license as follows: Standard - Dedicated user licence, cost effective and can be assigned only a few times each year. Flex - Also a user licence but can be assigned manually online as often as required. Worldwide - Just like the Flex Licence but can be assigned to users outside the country it was purchased in.
