That flashing indicates the controller is now in pairing mode. Big Picture mode lets you customize your DS4 extensively. You can set it up to use the gyroscope for motion aiming. You can use the touchpad as a PC mousepad. It does have one big drawback, though:. Big Picture Mode and controller functionality are intrinsically tied to Steam. It's never cause a VAC ban before for me, but I don't want to take any chances. Common sense would tell you that there is a possibility of a VAC ban using the program, but on the other hand, it doesn't "modify" any files like dll's.

Does anyone have any experience or insight on this issue? I ask because a good while back, Maplestory had an issue with banning and using a gamepad program.

The situation was resolved, but you see how it has the potential to confuse anti-cheat systems. Of course they use a different anti-cheat program all together Hackguard, or something like that. Showing 1 - 5 of 5 comments.

Zombiewarpig View Profile View Posts. I won't worry about it but using a controller in rust would not be worth it, just not one of those games. Just a preventive measure.
